Modern Slavery is a growing global concern and all sectors and industries must be vigilant and act responsibly in order to reduce the presence of modern slavery. We are committed to conducting business ethically and to identifying and addressing risks within our supply chain. We comply with applicable modern slavery laws and will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.
Our goal is to build a strong supply partner network which lives up to our corporate values, high-quality standards and our customers’ expectations. We expect our suppliers and partners to uphold high standards in their business practices and our standard supplier contracts contain provisions that encourage the parties to comply with all applicable laws.
As part of our supplier onboarding, we share a modern slavery awareness briefing and require suppliers to sign our Code of Conduct or provide an equivalent policy. A central supplier register is maintained, with suppliers risk-ranked based on ESG criteria and subject to appropriate due diligence measures according to risk.
We are working toward a target of at least 95% of active suppliers having completed modern slavery due diligence, including submission of their own statements where applicable. Our performance is benchmarked against MSAT criteria (the UK Government’s Modern Slavery Assessment Tool), helping ensure alignment with recognised good practice and supporting continuous improvement.
We also monitor legal developments including the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act (ECCTA), ensuring our processes remain compliant. We continue to review our policies, procedures and supplier controls to support ongoing improvement and alignment with recognised good practice.
In areas identified as being at higher risk, we have additional checks in place and the levels of control related to these suppliers will be reviewed and monitored. We do not continue business relationships with suppliers who knowingly do not comply with our minimum requested standards.
Employees are required to behave ethically, uphold our values including honesty and respect, and comply with all applicable laws, policies and procedures. Employees in breach of these standards may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.
Pre-employment checks are undertaken to verify identity and ensure employees meet legal and company requirements.
All employees receive training on joining the company and complete mandatory annual compliance training covering modern slavery, fraud awareness, anti-bribery and corruption, ESG responsibilities and related governance topics.
Employees are expected to report any concerns or suspected violations to their Line Manager, HR or Senior Management. Reports made in good faith will be treated seriously and without retaliation.
We continue to review our processes and supplier relationships. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our modern slavery transparency statement for the current financial year.
This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Tech3PL Limited and will be reviewed and published annually.
